You must create (if you haven't already) and link your MyLFC account to your existing Supporter ID to be able to access your Ticketing/Membership account.

You will find your supporter ID on your booking confirmation, and you can create a free MyLFC account here.

Once complete, you will be able to login to your Ticketing account using your MyLFC account credentials to view and distribute hospitality tickets to guests.

All fans, including Members and Season Ticket Holders, will access the Stadium using NFC technology on their mobile phone.

NFC is an electronic pass that can be loaded onto your Apple Wallet/Google Pay app on your mobile phone; this will replace the need for a Stadium Access card.

Most Android phones or iPhone 6 and above are compatible with NFC passes.

Important information for Samsung phone users.

If you use a Samsung phone, make sure you download your pass using the Google Chrome browser. Some supporters have reported issues downloading the pass using the Samsung Internet browser. If your Samsung phone doesn't already have Google Chrome installed, you can download it from the Google Play Store on your device.

Yes, once you have purchased your ticket(s) you will be able to log into your account and distribute your tickets following the online instructions.

Yes, the child’s ticket can be downloaded onto the adult’s phone and both tickets can be scanned from the one phone.

Dress codes for all lounges can be found on your matchday itinerary which will be shared with you approx. 7 days prior to the game.

Children are welcome in all hospitality lounges, however they do require an adult (aged 18 or over) to attend with them. Both the adult and child must have a hospitality ticket for that area.

Bags are not permitted in the stadium. The only exception is small bags A5 size (148.5mm x 210mm) or LFC Superstore clear carrier bags containing superstore products only. Bags will be subjected to a search on entry point.

No, Match credits are not awarded for hospitality tickets purchased for Premier League home fixtures.

The date and time of a fixture may change during the season for many reasons; some of which are listed below:

• Fixtures are chosen for live TV coverage

• Policing / Security purposes

• Weather Conditions

• Involvement in cup competitions

Please click here regularly to check if fixtures have changed throughout the season. If a fixture time or date changes for a booking you have made, we will advise accordingly with a cut-off date offering you the opportunity to transfer your booking to the new date or to an alternative fixture (subject to availability) or offer a refund voucher valid for 12 months. If you wish to cancel your booking after the given cut-off date has passed, cancellation charges will apply as per our terms and conditions.

Yes, hospitality tickets purchased for Champions League, FA Cup or League Cup home fixtures will contribute towards eligibility to buy or register for general admission tickets.

No, you are unable to transfer your booking to another supporter ID after your booking has been made. It is your responsibility to provide the correct Supporter ID at point of sale either online or by phone.

Yes, credits accrued during previous seasons will not be affected and will apply to the multi-year loyalty system. More information on the MYL can be found here

Credits were not applied to matchday hospitality seats bought in the ticket exchange during season 2025/26. This was highlighted online at time of booking and in previous FAQ's

The reason for this change is that awarding match credits for hospitality ticket purchases was contributing to an increase in the number of supporters with 13 or more Premier League match credits, thereby guaranteeing them access to all home league games. If this growth continues, there is a risk that there would be insufficient tickets to accomodate all 13 plus members, leaving no availabilty for others in the future.

Depending on the hospitality package and the quantity of tickets you have purchased, a car parking space will be allocated in Utting Avenue.

Walton Breck Road will close 90 minutes prior to kick-off.
