LFC and adidas celebrate football culture with new SPZL F.C. collection

Liverpool FC and adidas have launched a new SPZL F.C. collection, combining football heritage and contemporary style in a new range of apparel and footwear for Reds.

Shot at Anfield, the accompanying campaign brings together men’s and women’s first-team players Florian Wirtz and Fuka Nagano and Liverpool legend Steve McManaman, showcasing the collection against one of football’s most iconic backdrops.

The collection blends LFC’s identity with the distinctive aesthetic of SPZL F.C., a capsule that bridges the worlds of adidas Originals and adidas Football and reflects the culture surrounding the beautiful game.

At the heart of the collection is a red short-sleeved jersey, featuring a classic V-neck collar, adidas three stripes detailing on the shoulders and bold SPZL branding across the chest.

The jersey is finished with the Liver bird, alongside adidas SPZL F.C. detailing.

The range also includes a grey track top and matching track pants, featuring red accents and co-branded LFC and adidas SPZL F.C. details, alongside a grey polo shirt.

Completing the collection is the LFC SPZL F.C. Kirkdale II trainer, a new take on a distinctive footwear release from the early years of adidas SPZL.

The original Kirkdale SPZL was named after the area of Liverpool and has since become one of the most sought-after SPZL footwear releases. For the Kirkdale II, a soft grey colour palette was selected to complement the wider collection, with LFC detailing incorporated into the design to celebrate the shoe’s connection to the city and the club.

Built on the enduring connection between adidas and football culture, SPZL F.C. celebrates the influence of the game beyond the pitch and the role football style continues to play for supporters around the world.

Supporters can shop the full collection on LFC's new global ecommerce platform, the latest step in the club's wider digital transformation, and via the LFC Store app and in official LFC stores.

The redesigned LFC online store has been built to make it easier for supporters around the world to discover and shop official club merchandise, with a refreshed look and feel, and a faster, more personalised shopping experience across mobile and desktop.

The new platform offers enhanced personalisation and curated product recommendations, improved performance and load times, and a more streamlined checkout experience.
