The 19-year-old will be part of the young Lionesses' 21-player group for next month's tournament in Poland.
They meet Canada (September 5), Tanzania (September 8) and Brazil (September 11) during the opening phase.
The top two from each group progress to the knockout rounds, as well as the four best third-placed teams.
