The legendary former Liverpool No.7 will be remembered ahead of the home fixture against Nottingham Forest in the Premier League (12.30pm BST kick-off).
Keegan, who appeared 323 times for the Reds, scored 100 goals and lifted seven major trophies across six seasons, passed away in July at the age of 75.
A special mosaic to commemorate Keegan is to be displayed on the Kop before kick-off of the Reds' first competitive home fixture of 2026-27.
A period of applause will also be observed pre-match, with players wearing black armbands in his memory for the game.
Supporters interested in helping preparations by laying out the mosaic cards should contact Andy Knott for details by emailing[email protected].
